Dear Feder's Subaru,
I had a minor problem with the seat of my 2010 Outback, I kept forgetting to call and make a service appointment. Today as I was driving past, I stopped quickly to make an appointment. Well I was asked is today soon enough? I was taken immediately for service and after a reasonable wait I had my car back. They need a part and I will go back, but I'm impressed but not surprised by instant service. My wife and I stop to look at cars occasionally and my salesman Steve will always come out and say Hi. That's why I go back to Feders.
